The purpose of the Roseau County SWCD is to assist landusers in applying proper conservation practices to soil and water resources. Our SWCD is a unit of local government established in 1956 under state law to carry out conservation programs at the local level. The District works with local landowners to help them manage and protect land and water resources on all private lands.
