Roseau County, Roseau County SWCD, Kittson County and Kittson SWCD have developed and adopted the Two Rivers Plus Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan. All four partners have formed a Joint Powers Board for plan implementation. The plan implementation area as shown below includes Two Rivers watershed, Joe River watershed, and a portion of the Lower Red River of the North watershed, resulting in the name Two Rivers Plus. The Plan may be accessed at The Plan | Trplus1w1p (tworiversplus1w1p.org). The colored areas show the subwatersheds within the planning area.
